Unity High seeks monetary donations and volunteer assistance from alumni, parents and fellow members of the community. If you are interested in donating time or money to our school, please contact (510) 635-7170, or send mail/check to Oakland Unity High School, 6038 Brann Street, Oakland, CA 94605.
Due to the economy and the shrinking state budget for public education, we are in crucial need for monetary support in order to continue offering our current programs and opportunities to every Unity student. Please consider donating to one of the following funds listed below.
General Support Fund
To support afterschool programs, college visits, and to maintain the small class size and teacher-to-student ratio. |

Facility Fund
To secure a permanent location for our school with a goal capacity of housing 400 students. |

Unity Student Scholarship Fund
To enable Unity students to attend college. Every year our college-prep curriculum has increased our students’ college acceptance rates, but many cannot afford higher education and as a result have to dropout or transfer. Donations would ensure our students have the financial assistance to pursue higher education. |

In-Person Volunteering: We are constantly seeking afterschool tutors, as well as special programming. If you have a special skill or passion and would be interested in sharing it with our students, please contact us! We would love to start programs such as: drama, music, ham radio, choir, and are open to new ideas. General maintenance and repair work is available for larger volunteer groups.
