Sau-Lim (Lance) Tsang
Executive Director

Lance is the founder of Oakland Unity High School. He is the Executive Director of
ARC Associates, a non-profit group he founded in 1977 to promote educational excellence and equity.

Dr. Tsang received his BA in Mathematics from University of California, Berkeley, and his graduate degrees from Stanford University. He has been an Oakland resident for the past 40 years.
