English Teacher / Advisor to the Class of 2016
Jen spent her childhood growing up in small town Connecticut, reading lots of books and going for hikes in the woods. Last year, she graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Poetry Writing and a strong desire to teach. For this reason, she could not be more excited to start at Unity this year. It will be her first year teaching, working as a corps member for Teach for America. She will be teaching English to 11th and 12th graders and hopes that all her students come away from her classroom with a greater love of reading and writing, more ready for college than ever!
